With over 25 years of experience in HR and people development, I’ve dedicated my career to helping businesses create meaningful, human-centric workplaces. I specialise in business coaching, interim leadership, and HR consultancy—offering tailored support for leaders and teams navigating complex challenges.

I'm a certified fellow of the CIPD, as well as an ICF accredited coach (International Coaching Federation).

I live in Kent, UK with my husband and two dogs.
